Role: Candidate would be working for Voice/Email/Chat based Technical Support for Cisco Customer.
Shift : Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Including Night Shift)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Technical support background/ excellent Soft skills, Interpersonal skills.
- Experience in dealing with international customer
- Candidate should have good knowledge and working experience on technical support for ISP, Desktop, Laptop, Printers ,SoHo Networking Devices like Netgear , D Link , Linksys etc.
